Guild Meeting #3

Please note there will be a guild meeting this Saturday June 15, 2013. I know it is kind of a short notice but it is absolutely necessary.

Here is what on the agenda.
1. Various guild changes and rules.
2. Appointment of new senior members.
3. Update on Operation Demon Storm.
4. Open forum.

Tosh, feel free to add anything you feel that needs to be discussed.

Part of the meeting will be discussion based, so it would be very helpful if you all turn up with your idea hats on.

A new event that will also benefit the guild will be announced at this meeting, also~

Change of venue for the meeting. It will be in Flame's homestead. Take note.

Guild meeting #3 has been completed. Here is the summary:

- Toshiku is now the leader. Kiraya is still the sub-leader. 
- Nigh and Burningsky have been appointed senior members. Flamexel has retained his position while Ryudo has been demoted. 
- New inactive rules:
     -> Leave a note to me, Toshiku, Burningsky or Nigh if you plan to be inactive. Also note how long and the reason for your inactivity.
     -> If you are inactive for more than 2 months, you will be expelled from Athena. 
     -> You can re-apply to the guild if you are active again. You don't need to be interviewed nor do you need to have a recommendation. 
- Depending on how many get cleaned out of the guild, there will be a guild size limit. As it stands, the limit is 80. 
- You are allowed 1 alternative character in the guild. Please note us who your alternate is in case you have one in the guild already. 
- Demon Storm is still taking place. We will have a material update.
- Possible Martial Art Thursday and Demon Storm Saturday implementation.

Sorry about not being able to attend last night, I had to leave urgently after receiving a phone call that informed me of a friend of mine that had been hit by a car and was taken to hospital. She's doing well, though has a broken leg and a few minor injuries.

Anyhow, back to the meeting stuff - I'm glad it went well, seems all the important things were covered. Looking forward to an update on the Lord materials~
