Athena Concert Ideas

So me, Shadow, Nigh, Juno and Flame were doing a jam session and the turn out was pretty fun. So we though why not have an Athena concert? There will be jam sessions and solo performances. Now there are some things we need for this to work.

1. r1 composers, and r1 music players (maybe r1 singers).
2. Players who are willing to play instruments.
3. A time where everyone can listen to the music.

I volunteer to cover the piano part. Whoever will like to participate in the performance, please let us know what instrument you want to play. Any kinds of music are welcome so please do contribute.

Date: January 11, 2014 at Emain Macha Stage at 5:30pm.

I'll take any roles/chairs/whatever.

I have a snare drum, chalameau and lyre. Somewhere deeper, I have cymbals and a bass drum.

We need a playlist of songs, a set date, solo and jam performances. If you guys can come up with some music scores that you want to be heard, please list them here. I guess we'll try to fit in 15 songs. If you want more, we could do more. Guess I'll start with the first.

Another thought: Are you guys fine with the idea of inviting people outside the guild to attend the concert or shall this be Athena restricted?

A few thing must go right there:

1. We need 7 people.
2. That rng. We could be up there forever trying to get the perfect performance.

Do we really want that?

Again, I said the minimal if we include this.

I have set the performers but they are temporary.

We will have a rehearsal so I can make the final adjustments to who will be performing that day. Shadow, Toshiku, Nigh, Ikimasho, Juno, and Astral, please attend the rehearsal at 3pm at the Emain stage.

So, since the event ended, some people wanted the concert again. Is there a possibility, that we will host this same event again later on?

We can... but give us time to do one. We have to think of song selection too now, not that the current playlist is bad.

-Limit Ensembles to 2-3
-Blacklist players in pvp/courteously ask them to cease/make future concerts invitation only
-Distribute the performances evenly among the performers
-Get the time zones established
-Create extra scrolls ahead of time in case a player d/c before/during the concert.
